Since its launch, originally as a pay-to-play game in 2017 and then with a subsequent switch to free-to-play with its launch on the Stadia in 2019, Destiny 2 has faced a slew of bugs, game-breaking glitches, and unlikely exploits. These have occurred both in the base game and in post-launch content and events, and the issues have turned some gamers off the game. But a handful of the exploits have also let players capitalize on loot drops and other helpful examples of happenstance, creating a complicated relationship between all the unexpected elements of gameplay....

After completing the Shadowkeep story missions in Destiny 2, players will begin to find Lost Ghost Traces among their loot. These can be traded to Eris Morn in order to begin the Ghost Quests, which are treasure hunts across the moon that unlock some interesting lore as well as Phantasmal Fragments, a rare crafting material. There are nine of these mini-missions in total, and here’s how to find them all....

Introduced with Destiny 2, the Rift is the Warlock’s class ability, allowing them to place down a medium sized aura on the ground. Any ally, including the player, that steps inside this field is granted a passive buff so long as they don’t exit the Rift. Depending on what the Warlock specializes in, the Rift can grant a damage bonus to weapons or provide a constant stream of healing....

On the official Destiny 2 subreddit, a number of threads have appeared since the release of Garden of Salvation and the introduction of the Divinity trace rifle. All of these threads suggest that, when used in Crucible, Divinity has the potential to lead to game crashes. Moreover, these Destiny 2 crashes are apparently not only occurring for players that are wielding the new exotic trace rifle, as fans report that the weapon has the potential to crash other players’ games as well....

In Season of the Undying, players were able to get the Exotic Hand Cannon Eriana’s Vow, and this time around, the Exotic Scout Rifle Symmetry is up for grabs. Eriana’s Vow has been well received as a fun Exotic to use that packs a punch but received some heavy criticism from the community when it came to the very tedious quest to unlock the weapons Exotic Catalyst. Following the criticism, Bungie responded to the community confirming that the studio would address catalyst quests for future seasons, so it’s time to take a look at what changes were made and how the Symmetry Exotic catalyst quest compares to Eriana’s Vow....

While we don’t know too much about the raid in Destiny 2: Forsaken, we do know that it will take place in the new endgame area, The Dreaming City. And thanks to an interview with project lead Scott Taylor conducted by Twinfinite, we have some more details to pore over. Perhaps the biggest reveal from Taylor’s interview, is that the raid in Destiny 2: Forsaken will be an extension of the campaign’s story....

Guardians who complete the Nightfall: The Ordeal on Grandmaster difficulty will be granted better drop rates on some of the endgame materials and Nightfall weapons. Grandmaster Difficulty also grants a chance at an Adept version of the Nightfall exclusive weapons such as The Palindrome. While the event coincides with the real-world holiday of Halloween, in the context of Destiny 2’s universe, Festival of the Lost is meant to be an in-game celebration of those whom the Guardians have lost. In lore, the Festival was celebrated in the Last City but Eva Levante brought the celebration to the Tower for Guardians to take part in as well. This can be done solo or with a fireteam, so no need to worry about having a certain number of people. Once players enter the raid, they should follow the path until they reach Kalli’s boss room. Instead of dropping down into the arena with Kalli, head to the left toward the water....

Adelaide Schrowang, 23, of Sarasota, was arrested at Southwest Florida International Airport on Wednesday, July 7. She allegedly became angry at attendants on the Delta flight who told her to put on a mask, as required by federal law on planes amid the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a poll conducted on October 4 and 5 by Public Policy Polling, Cal Cunningham is leading Tillis 48-42, marking a 2-point gain for Cunningham since Public Policy Polling last surveyed likely voters in North Carolina near the end of July. Pollsters said these results came in spite of a sexting scandal involving Cunningham that his campaign acknowledged earlier this month. “There isn’t a ton of room for growth for Tillis among the people who say the news makes them less likely to vote for Cunningham though—he’s already winning those people 79-10,” the poll said....

Topping the list so far for the second quarter of 2019 is South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, outraising the likes of former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. Biden, although slipping slightly since the first Democratic primary debate last week, still dominates the polls. He still leads by more than 10 points, according to an average of major recent polling compiled by Real Clear Politics. Biden is at 26 percent, followed by California Senator Kamala Harris around 15 percent, Sanders at 14 percent, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren at just under 14 percent and Buttigieg at about 5 percent....

Democratic strategist and former vice president of campaigns for the Center for American Progress, Emily Tisch Sussman, responded to several recent polls showing Warren surging ahead and placing herself next to former Vice President Joe Biden atop the 2020 candidates. Speaking with MSNBC’s Craig Melvin Friday, Tisch Sussman relayed a comment about how Warren is so clearly a better candidate than Sanders that a vote for him indicates one is simply sexist against a female candidate for president....

Democrat Bennie Thompson of Mississippi, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, called on Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to “take immediate action to hold those responsible accountable.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reacted to the “use of what appear to be whips” by saying the scenes were “deeply troubling” and echoed calls for an investigation, the AP reported. “All migrants seeking asylum must be treated in accordance with the law and with basic decency,” she said....

Although Graham called Raffensperger’s claim “ridiculous” and said he merely asked the secretary about the signature verification process for mail-in ballots, Democrats still blasted Lindsey over Raffensperger’s accusation. Democratic Michigan Representative Rashida Tlaib wrote, “So basically asking him to commit voter fraud. I see.” Democratic Georgia Senatorial candidate Raphael Warnock wrote, “Every legally cast ballot must be counted. We should all agree on that and stand up to defend our democracy....

This suggests that while former Vice President Joe Biden may be reigning in the polls, the Democratic electorate is far from tethered to their first choice. Notably, Biden and independent Senator Bernie Sanders registered as two of the most all-or-nothing candidates, those whose supporters were much more inclined to say their enthusiasm did not extend to anyone else. The supporters of Senators Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris, on the other hand, were at least 78 percent likely to say that several other candidates in the field excited them....

Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr., Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chair Rep. Diana DeGette, Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Mike Doyle, and Consumer Protection and Commerce Subcommittee Chair Rep. Jan Schakowsky wrote to Zuckerberg on Tuesday, demanding more information on Facebook’s anti-extremism measures.
