As far as the heavy ammo glitch is concerned, Bungie is on the case. It even decided to put Trials of Osiris and Iron Banner on hold until the developers can release a fix for the glitch/exploit. The Rise of Iron leak, on the other hand, cannot be undone, and has likely put Destiny fans on a path towards an E3 2016 reveal. Like with last year’s Taken King leaks, we wouldn’t be surprised to see more and more details surface as we get closer to mid-June....

Where to Find the Fallen Transponder To get started on the Outbreak Perfected quest, players will need to head over to Titan and start the Bad Neighbors (Heroic) mission. As players progress through the mission, they will come across a room with a handful of Hive enemies and a Shrieker. In the next room, there is a door to the left that players can open.
