As customary with every Destiny 2 Season, Season of Plunder also comes with its set of weekly challenges, among which players can find and complete one that’s called Seeker’s Cache 1.

How to Complete Seeker’s Cache 1 Seasonal Challenge

Seeker’s Cache 1 has two objectives for Destiny 2 players to complete. One of them is more straightforward, and it’s something most players will complete even by not actively trying to, as it requires completion of Season of Plunder bounties.

Seeker’s Cache 1’s first objective requires a total of 15 bounties completed, and they can be either Star Chart bounties from Season of Plunder or vendor bounties from Nessus, the Cosmodrome, or Europa.

All bounties count, meaning that players can pick up both daily bounties and repeatable bounties, which cost 3,000 Glimmer each. This applies to any of the aforementioned Destiny 2 vendors.

The second objective can be a bit trickier to track because it requires players to decipher the Small Treasure Beacon from the Star Chart in the H.E.L.M., which is actually from the Cryptic Quatrains 1 quest.

This quest can be unlocked when reaching Rank 7 with the Star Chart, which is easily doable considering that every Normal difficulty Kethcrash and Expedition run awards 210 Savvy points.

When Destiny 2 players have the Cryptic Quatrains 1 quest unlocked, they have to complete a series of steps, with the first being going to the Moon. Specifically, players should go to Sorrow’s Harbor. From there, players should go to the K1 Revelations Lost Sector and complete it. Any difficulty is fine, even if the Lost Sector is not currently in rotation.

When the boss is defeated, the quest will update with the next step, which requires players to go to the Cosmodrome and launch the Fallen S.A.B.E.R. Strike.

Once the Strike is complete, the Cryptic Quatrains 1 quest will update once more.

This time, players will need to head to Europa, specifically to the Eventide Ruins waypoint.

From there, Destiny 2 players should head north. Behind an icy cliff will be a buried treasure similar to those from the Expedition activity, which players can unearth by interacting with it.

Players will get a random piece of gear from Season of Plunder and will thus complete the Seeker’s Cache 1 seasonal challenge.

Destiny 2 is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
